About the event
Join us for a rejuvenating Yoga & Sound Bath class at We Rock the Spectrum, designed to help you unwind, relax, and recharge. This one-hour session will guide you through soothing yoga flows and a healing sound bath to restore balance and elevate your spirit. After the class, enjoy time to mingle with fellow moms and share your experiences, while your child (age 3-6) enjoys open play at WRTS. It’s the perfect opportunity to nurture yourself and connect with others in a supportive, empowering environment. Please bring your yoga mat!
$30 ticket includes the class for Mom and 2 hour open play for one child (age 3-6). Each additional sibling is $8 and will need to be paid at the door.
